How credits work. Simple to count and hard to waste.

01One interview, one credit
Only a completed voice interview uses a credit. CV screening comes from each plan's monthly allowance, at no extra cost.
02Refunded when we fail
If an interview fails on our side, the credit comes back automatically. A candidate who drops and resumes still counts once.
03Kept for 12 months
Unused credits roll over for 12 months, and we email you before any expire.

What counts as one interview credit?

One completed voice interview. If a candidate drops and resumes, it is still one credit. Interviews that fail on our side are refunded automatically.

Do unused credits expire?

Unused credits roll over for 12 months. We remind you by email before any expire.

Which currency will I pay in?

Your workspace is billed in one currency, set from your country: US dollars, euros, pounds, taka, Indian or Pakistani rupees, naira, Kenyan shillings or Philippine pesos. Everywhere else pays in US dollars. The features are the same everywhere.

How can we pay?

By card, or by invoice and bank transfer on Enterprise. Local payment methods are offered where available. Every invoice is a proper tax invoice.

Can we change plans later?

Yes, at any time. Upgrades apply at once with a prorated charge. Downgrades apply from the next billing month.

Is CV screening included?

Yes. Every plan includes a monthly CV screening allowance, so you only pay per completed interview.

Can we try it before we buy?

Yes. Start a free trial with 14 days, 25 interviews and 200 CV screens. No card is needed. If you would like a guided tour first, book a demo and we will run a sample interview on a role like yours, in English or Bangla.

What happens when the trial ends?

Nothing is deleted. Your jobs, candidates and scorecards stay where they are. New interviews pause until you choose a plan, and you can choose one at any time.

Does IQ on the apply form cost extra?

No. Filling the form from a CV, screening against your must-haves and hints on long answers are free on every plan, within fair use: 1,000 IQ calls a month on Starter, 6,000 on Growth and 250 during the trial. On Enterprise the limit is set to your volume. One applicant takes about five calls. Past the limit the form keeps working without IQ until the next month, and nothing is charged.

Is tax added to the price?

SeekIQ is run by FastFlowUp Pty Ltd, an Australian company registered for GST. If your billing address is in Australia, 10% GST is added to the listed price at checkout, and prices on this page show "plus GST". Everywhere else the listed price is what you pay: the service is an export, so no GST applies. Every invoice is a tax invoice that shows the GST, or that it is GST-free. You can add your ABN under Settings, Billing.
