01About these terms
These terms cover your company's use of SeekIQ, including the recruiter app, candidate interviews and career pages. By creating an account, you agree to them on behalf of your company.
02Who we are
SeekIQ is a platform of FastFlowUp Pty Ltd (ABN 14 677 767 458). In these terms, “we” means the SeekIQ team and “you” means the company using SeekIQ.
03Accounts and access
You are responsible for the people you invite, the roles you give them and keeping sign-in details safe. Tell us straight away if you think an account has been misused.
04Plans, credits and payment
Plans and credit prices are shown on the pricing page. One credit is one completed voice interview. Details on billing, renewals and refunds will be set out here.
05Acceptable use
Use SeekIQ only for lawful hiring. Do not use it to collect data you have no right to collect, to discriminate against candidates or to test the security of the service without our permission.
06AI screening and human decisions
SeekIQ suggests scores with evidence. You agree that a person on your team makes every advance or reject decision, and that candidates are told about AI screening before they take part.
07Your data and our service
You own the data you and your candidates put into SeekIQ. We own the software and may use anonymous usage figures to run and improve it. We never use candidate answers or recordings to train AI models.
08Availability and support
We work to keep SeekIQ available and to fix problems quickly. Service levels and support hours will be set out here.
09Liability
This section will set out the limits of each party's liability. It is being drafted with counsel.
10Ending the agreement
You can stop using SeekIQ at any time. When an account closes, we give you a chance to export your data, then delete it on the schedule in our privacy notice.
11Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell account owners before the change takes effect.
