- Owner: everything, including billing and members.
- Recruiter: runs jobs and candidates and invites teammates.
- Hiring manager: sees the jobs they are assigned to and leaves feedback.
- Viewer: read only.
02Two-step verification
Anyone can add an authenticator app and backup codes in Settings, Security. An owner can require two-step verification for every owner and recruiter in the workspace.
03The audit log
Owners can open Settings, Audit log to see every human action and every scoring output, with who did it and when. It exports as CSV.
