01The short version
- Data is hosted in Singapore by default, or in the UK, Australia or the US on request, chosen per workspace. Settings > Privacy > Data location shows where yours is.
- Interview recordings are deleted 30 days after they are made, or up to a year later with the recording retention add-on. Transcripts are deleted after the period the owner sets, counted from when the role closes.
- Candidate answers and recordings are never used to train AI models.
- Each job sets its integrity checks: Light (no camera), Standard (an optional selfie, the default) or Strict (a required selfie with a head-turn check and tests in full screen). Checks raise flags for a person and never change a score.
- Names, phone numbers and other personal details are removed before an answer is sent for scoring.
- Each company's data is kept apart at the database level, and tests check that one company can never read another's.
