Plans and interview credits

You pay for completed interviews, not seats. Plans include monthly credits, packs top them up and extra interviews beyond them are billed at the end of the period.

01What a credit is

One credit is one completed interview. If a candidate drops and resumes, it is still one credit. Abandoned or failed interviews are refunded. Generating interview question variants is free within fair use. IQ on apply forms (CV prefill, screening and answer hints) is free too, within 1,000 calls a month on Starter, 6,000 on Growth and 250 during the trial; on Enterprise the limit is set to your volume. Credits last 12 months.

02The plans

Prices are per workspace, not per seat. See them in your currency on the pricing page, with a calculator for your monthly volume.

  • Starter: 50 interview credits and 500 CV screens a month, 5 open jobs at once.
  • Growth: 250 interview credits and 2,000 CV screens a month, unlimited open jobs, funnel analytics and templates.
  • Enterprise: volume pricing for larger teams, invoiced. Talk to us for a quote.

03When the credits run out

On Starter and Growth, interviews keep running after the monthly credits and any packs are used. Each completed extra interview is recorded at your plan's price for extra interviews, shown in your currency on the pricing page. An extra interview that fails or is abandoned is not charged.

The app shows a notice when 80% of the credits are used and again when they run out. Billing shows the credits used this period, the extra interviews and the running amount.

04How extra interviews are billed

Enterprise extra interviews are invoiced under the agreement.

  • Card payments through Stripe: the extra interviews of a period are added to your next plan invoice and charged with it. Without a running subscription they go on a separate invoice that is due in 7 days.
  • Cards, bKash and Nagad through SSLCommerz: when the period ends the owners get an email with the amount and a link to pay from Billing within 7 days.
  • If a bill is still unpaid after its due date, new interviews pause until it is paid. Nothing is deleted, and interviews under way can finish.

05Set a monthly cap

Owners can cap extra interviews per period in Billing. The default cap is twice the plan fee; you can choose another amount or turn the cap off. When one more extra interview would pass the cap, new interviews pause until the next period, a credit pack or a higher cap. Interviews already under way still finish and are billed.

06Open jobs and CV screens

Starter allows 5 open jobs at once and Growth has no limit. Publishing one job more than the limit asks you to close a job or upgrade, and closing a job frees its slot. Closing stops new applications only: candidates and scorecards stay.

Each plan screens a set number of CVs a period. Past that, new CVs are still received and stored, never dropped: the pipeline shows how many are waiting, and they are read and ranked when the next period starts or straight away after an upgrade.

07Top up with packs

One-off packs of 50, 200, 1,000 credits add to your balance and also last 12 months. They are used before any extra interview. Bigger packs never cost more per interview.

08Where to see your balance

The credit meter at the bottom of the sidebar shows what is left. Choose Top up to open Billing, which lists your plan, this period's usage and cap, a usage log of every credit and extra interview and your payments. Only owners can buy plans or credits, set the cap or pay a bill.
