01Before it ends
The trial runs for 14 days from the day the workspace was created. The app shows how many days are left, and the owner gets a reminder email a few days before the end.
02When it ends
New interview invites pause, and an interview link that has not started tells the candidate the hiring team will be in touch. Nothing is deleted: jobs, candidates, scorecards and any credits you have stay as they are, and your team can still review and decide.
03If the credits run out first
The trial includes 25 interviews, 200 CV screens and 3 open jobs. A trial never goes into extra interviews: when its credits are used, new interviews pause until you choose a plan, the same way as when it ends. CVs past the trial's screens are kept and wait for a plan.
04Keep interviewing
Open Billing from the sidebar and choose a plan. Interviews continue as soon as the plan is active. If a paid plan later ends, interviews pause the same way until you choose a plan again.
