01What candidates can do themselves
The scheduling link lets a candidate pick a time that suits every required interviewer. Out of the box they can move a booked interview twice and cancel it, up to 12 hours before it starts. After that their page offers Ask the team for a new time instead.
- None of these work? The candidate offers up to three dates and time ranges in their own time zone, with an optional note.
- A cancellation keeps their link open, so they can pick a new time. Booking again counts as one of their changes.
- An unused link gets one reminder 24 hours before it closes.
02Requests come to a person
Every request for a new time, every link that closes unused and every second no-show becomes a task for the person who set up the schedule. It shows in their notifications and email, on Home under Scheduling needs you, on the pipeline and on the candidate's schedule page. It is due in one working day of your workspace's week, and an overdue task gets one reminder.
03Propose new times
On the schedule page, choose Propose new times. SeekIQ lists times that suit every required interviewer for the next two weeks; pick up to five or send the top three. The candidate confirms one with a single tap. A booked time stays in place until they do, and the calendar invite and video link move with it. A time your team proposes never counts as one of the candidate's changes.
04No-shows
Once an interview has started, an interviewer or recruiter can choose Mark no-show on the schedule page or in Scheduling under Did they join? The first time, SeekIQ sends the candidate one link to pick a new time. A second no-show comes to a person to decide, and autopilot holds the candidate until someone does. Nobody is ever rejected for a missed interview.
05Change the rules
Owners and admins set every number in Settings, Scheduling: the changes a candidate can make, how many hours before the interview self-service closes, how many times a candidate can suggest, the working days to answer, the reminder before a link closes, the rebook link after a no-show and how long it stays open. Every change, by the candidate or your team, is on the candidate's timeline with who, when and why.
